All orders placed during your Reveal & Ordering Appointment are final as we send the details to our heirloom makers the next working day. Payment schedules decided during your call can not be changed, and the first payment must be made by end of day, the date of your Reveal & Ordering Appointment. This is to ensure a timely schedule for your heirlooms.

Just like you, we have always made an intentional decision to put our family and health first. Because of this, our office hours are very important. We, of course, are always here for you. The best way to communicate with us is by email - and for emergency or extreme last minute details, by text message.

When will we receive our images?
You can expect to receive your digital images the day after your Reveal Session and your Heirlooms will arrive about 3-4 weeks after.
Frequently Asked Questions
can we bring our pet?
Of course! We just recommend bringing a friend to help with pet-sitting during your session.
do you offer digital image bundles?
Any physical item on our menu includes the matching digital images, but we do offer digital image only bundles as well.
do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We never want you to feel stressed about your investment, so we make it easy with 3-month payment plans.
